The purpose of this discovery call is to ensure that I understand what problem I need to solve and how to solve it.

My first purpose of having a call with you is to understand what you do, In what aspect you really want me help, and if I can help you in the first place.

This is where I will need to ask you some basic questions such as what the problem is and how long the problem has been, if you have tried any solution, and what your observation is concerning the problem.

After I have been able to understand what I need to help you solve and achieve, Then, I will develop a step by step concept and strategy that we can work with to solve your issue. Perhaps, you are not satisfied with my strategy, We will go over the process again until we are able to communicate effectively.

Here is the implementation of the strategy phase. This is where I will get started with working on the concept that I have developed to solve your problem for you. for example, building a blog site for you to publish your weekly food recipe contents and SEO to maintain the site health on search engine and drive possible traffic.

Revision of projects is also in this phase to ensure that I give exactly what you need.

After delivery, for projects that involves periodic assessment and updating such as website SEO and domain for websites and more, I will render 1 month free support in this aspect.
